Capt Seth Cross

Captain Seth A. Cross is the Recruiting Officer at Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 355 at Boston University, Boston MA. He is directly responsible for recruiting, training, and leading 53 highly qualified men and women from Boston University and eight cross-town college and universities as prospective Air Force Officers. Capt Cross also promotes Air Force career and scholarship opportunities to university staff, college, as well as high school students, faculty, and parents.

Captain Cross received a Bachelor of Science in Technology and a Master of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Central Missouri and a commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 440 at the University of Missouri in May 2012. In April 2013, Captain Cross attended the Aircraft Maintenance Officer Course at Sheppard AFB, TX. While stationed at Luke AFB, AZ he served as the Deputy Director of Inspections on the 56th Fighter Wing’s Inspector General Staff. Capt Cross led integrated exercises and training for 27 units, ensuring installation readiness for 5,400 installation personnel. Prior to his last position, the captain was the 310th Aircraft Maintenance Unit Officer in Charge, Luke Air Force Base AZ. The 310th Aircraft Maintenance Unit is responsible for the repair and sustainment of 28 F-16C/D type aircraft in direct support of the United States Air Force’s premier F-16 Basic Couse.
