The Accessibility Working Group reviews concerns of access barriers submitted via the Accessibility Concern Form.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
Initial Assessment and Outreach
Your concern will be assigned to a member of the Accessibility Working Group. The assigned member will work with the appropriate department(s) with a goal of identifying a resolution if deemed reasonable
We will reach out to the reporter if we need further information.
Updates
The designated Accessibility Working Group Member will inform the reporter of the resolution that has been identified. If email or contact information is not provided, we will be unable to provide any updates regarding the submitted concern.
Next Steps
No matter the outcome, we will notify the reporter as long as contact information is provided.
After reviewing your concern, it may be resolved in one of the following ways:
- Concern Addressed
Your concern has been reviewed and appropriate action has been taken. - Outside Our Scope
The concern falls outside the responsibility of the Accessibility Working Group, and we’ll do our best to guide it to the right place when possible. - Undue Hardship
The concern was carefully considered but was determined to present an undue hardship for the University under current circumstances.
