Pro Tip: Everyone dresses SO nice in Madrid, so do not bring as many sweatshirt/leggings combos as I did…. And save room in your suitcase to bring things back! Clothes and toiletries are relatively cheap here. I never had left the United States before this, and I also never had a passport. This was a BIG change and experience for me!
