Welcome

The Boston University NROTC battalion is dedicated to the professional development of midshipmen who are motivated to graduate from college and receive a commission as either an Ensign in the United States Navy or a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Its midshipmen take an active role in shaping and leading the battalion with the aid of a staff of Navy and Marine Corps officers and non-commissioned officers.  The battalion offers a multitude of activities and events to each midshipman, many of which are outlined by this site. Participation in NROTC also requires a student to take a course in naval science each semester to help professional development and build camaraderie.
