University Computers – Departmental Sales:

Systems Support Software:
At http://www.bu.edu/systems-support/software you can find a list of software offered through the AFS server on campus (OIT application server). Some of the software packages offered through AFS to BU Linux machines are:
| Maple: | 10 shared licenses |
| Mathematica: | student, faculty or academic staff may also get a home-use copy |
| Matlab: | network based Matlab for faculty, staff, and sponsored graduate students on university owned machines |
College Software
The software listed below is available to anyone in the College without the purchase of a license. Most other software including but not limited to Microsoft and Adobe software packages need to be purchased through University Computers (see above).
