Dongwei Xu’s research focuses on the macroeconomic implications from firm microstructure and asset prices. Dongwei is particularly interested in the dynamics of firms’ labor input choices and impacts from such choices on aggregate and firm-level outcomes. Dongwei is also interested in unfolding political discussions associated with Chinese firms.
