Excavation continues at the tower
During the weekend of September 19th
On Saturday, crews will be on site to continue with the excavation in the tower portion of the building, along with the installation of bracing for the support of the excavation system.
During the week of September 21st
Excavation down to the 2nd level of bracing for the support of the excavation system continues in the tower portion of the building.
Installation of cross bracing members, for the support of the excavation system, continues as excavation progresses in the tower.
Formwork and rebar placement will begin for the structural mat slab in the podium.
During the week of September 28th, a large concrete pour (roughly 1,200 container yards and approximately 120 trucks) is anticipated to occur; additional information will be included in the next update.
