Our goal is to Provide our students/borrowers with the highest level of customer service with respect to administering to all facets of your Perkins, HPSL/LDS and Boston University Institutional student loans, once you have CEASED TO BE ENROLLED AT BOSTON UNIVERSITY ON AT LEAST A HALF-TIME BASIS. This includes all aspects of the repayment process; including deferments, cancellations, timely payment processing, enforcement of all terms and conditions of each loan program, as well as, resolving your inquiries regarding these programs. Important Information Please be aware that for all Direct, GEL, FEL, SLS, PLUS and any loan granted by an outside entity, you should contact the appropriate billing service agent for each loan as this department does not service these programs.
