Each year the BUCLD relies on the help of student volunteers both before and during conference weekend. This year’s conference will run from Friday, November 2 to Sunday, November 4, 2012.

Volunteering for the conference is a great way for both undergraduate and graduate students of linguistics at Boston University to experience the “behind the scenes” atmosphere of a language development conference as well as partake in the conference itself.

Areas in which volunteers assist us include registration (preparing attendee packets and running the tables on-site), book exhibit (setup and sales), handbook proofreading, and chairing talks.
