Lab Supervisor
Claire Herrington received her undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Hispanic Studies from the University of Tennessee in 2023. As a student, she engaged in social psychology research focused on the psychology of stereotyping and the cognitive processes behind prejudice.
Following graduation, she worked as a Research Specialist I at the Medical University of South Carolina in a lab which investigated the molecular mechanisms underlying reward-related behaviors.
Now, she serves as Laboratory Supervisor for the Undergraduate Program in Neuroscience. She supports neuroscience faculty in classes such as NE203: Principles of Neuroscience Labs and NE102: Intro to Cell and Molecular Bio Labs.
