BU Microbiome Day
Helen Scott (CDS’26) (right), a bioinformatics PhD student, guides students through a bracelet-making station during Boston University’s Microbiome Day on July 17. The event included student and faculty talks, a panel featuring industry leaders in microbial science, and networking and chat sessions with fellow scholars. The keynote address was given by Sylvie Estrela, an assistant professor and microbiome scholar at Texas A&M University.
