U-Design: Learning What Engineers Do
The College of Engineering’s summer STEM program U-Design, with its focus on engineering, is designed for introduce middle school students (many from underrepresented communities) to the field of engineering, teach them about what engineers do, and give them an idea of some of the career paths available in engineering. The majority of the students attend either Boston public schools or are METCO students.
