It’s a Great Day for—Seeing an Eclipse
What could be better for viewing the April 8 solar eclipse: sunny, mid-60s weather, a (BU) beach to veg out on, a scenic river behind, and plenty of company? Of course, it was a partial eclipse in this neck of the woods, and viewers, among them Tawfiq Mukahall (Questrom’27) (right), experienced it in various ways: eclipse glasses, handmade cereal box viewers, pinhole projection, and even a slice of obsidian stone.
