BU’s Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases invited Paul Friedrichs, director of the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy and deputy assistant to the President of the United States, to deliver the keynote address at a CEID event held in the Metcalf Trustee Ballroom March 20.
