Interfaith Prayer Vigil for Buffalo
An interfaith prayer vigil was held on Marsh Plaza May 18 to remember and honor the 10 Black people murdered by a white supremacist in Buffalo on May 14, and all victims of hate crimes and racial violence. Speaking at the vigil, organized by Marsh Chapel and the Office of Religious Life, were Rev. Dr. Robert Allan Hill, dean of Marsh Chapel; Rabbi Jevin Eagle, executive director of BU Hillel and University chaplain; Rev. Dr. Karen Coleman, University chaplain for Episcopal ministry; Father Kevin Staley-Joyce, Catholic chaplain; and Rev.
