BU’s Outdoor Villages

OK, it’s been a long cold lonely winter, but the University is doing its best to raise pandemic-depressed spirits. “Tents and seating areas are reshaping our outdoor spaces,” writes our dean of students to the BU community. “A change in the normal routine is essential to our spirit.” So enjoy the new look, and feel, on the BU Beach, around the George Sherman Union (left) and the West Campus dormitories (right), and on the College of Communication lawn. They will be there to be enjoyed (masked and six feet apart) through the end of April. Photos by Cydney Scott
