Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey Participation
The diversity, equity, and inclusion survey is done. And of 6,000 staff members asked to respond, three in four, 75 percent, completed it. Now what? The survey will be analyzed and improvements recommended to BU Human Resources policies, covering the experience of staff throughout their employment, from the day they apply to the day they leave. President Robert A. Brown said in announcing the survey in January: “Ensuring that our hiring and promotion policies are genuinely inclusive is a critical commitment that we must make and keep.”
