Grand Opening of Howard Thurman Center for Common Ground
The much-awaited opening of the newly expanded Howard Thurman Center for Common Ground at its beautifully appointed and spacious new home at 808 Comm Ave was celebrated Tuesday, January 21, with a reception that included hors d’oeuvres and refreshments and guided tours of the center’s two floors by Kenneth Elmore (Wheelock’87) (left foreground), associate provost and dean of students.
