Tree of Life Synagogue Shootings Vigil

Several hundred BU community members gathered on Marsh Plaza Monday night for a student-organized vigil for the victims of the Tree of Life Synagogue shootings in Pittsburgh on Saturday, October 27. Students, faculty, and staff from around BU and from BU Hillel spoke, and the names of the victims were read aloud. The hope of organizers was for “a time to find solace, meaning, and connection.” Photo by Chloe Grinberg (COM’19)
