Paper Lanterns
The Lantern Festival marks the final day of the traditional Chinese New Year celebrations. Lanterns, often decorated with complex designs and made in the shape of animals, are usually red to symbolize good fortune. Participating in the School of Theology’s lantern-making event March 1 are Hannah Giffune (Sargent’19) (left) and Tiffany Chen (Sargent’19). Photo by Jackie Ricciardi
