Dr Raul Fernandez
In Blind Spots, part of the Choose to Learn Live series, held July 10 at the GSU, Raul Fernandez (COM’00, Wheelock’16) challenged participants to examine how their backgrounds, beliefs, and biases affect their work, how school segregation and other factors have led to blind spots for all of us, and how we can better understand and communicate with one another. Fernandez is a BU Wheelock College of Education & Human Development lecturer and chair of its Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Photo by Cydney Scott
