Center for Neurorehabilitation

Comprised of a team of researchers and clinicians with expertise in rehabilitation and movement science, the Center for Neurorehabilitation conducts research and runs clinical and educational activities in a single location, all with the goal of directly impacting the quality of rehabilitation provided to persons with neurological disorders. The center offers physical therapy services for people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological diagnoses.

Center for Excellence in Teaching

Center for International Health & Development

To accomplish its mission, CIHD draws on a broad network of researchers from across Boston University, including the Schools of Public Health and Medicine, School of Management, College of Arts & Sciences, and College of Communication.

Institute for Astrophysical Research Formed

IAR members carry out research in a wide variety of astronomical fields including star formation, the interstellar medium, galactic structure, stellar variability, active galaxies, high-energy astrophysics, galaxy clusters, gravitational lensing, and dark matter. Graduate and undergraduate students are active, vital participants in IAR's research programs.
