IT Help Center staffers have launched an exploratory project taking a look at technology usage habits and general attitude toward technology within the BU community. We hope to discover whether what our students are doing today truly does evolve into what our faculty and staff do tomorrow.

The Goals:
The data gathered from this project provides valuable insights that assists the IT Help Center with improving our support and service offerings.
Now in its third year, “Does IT Have a Crystal Ball? A Case Study on Forecasting Technology Trends” will be featured at the 2017 HDI Conference and Expo in Washington, D.C.
The Prize:
To show our appreciation for your participation, we have created a sweepstakes for the BU Community. Three prizes will be awarded to members of the community (winners to be notified late-April):
- 2 winners will receive a $100 Pre-paid Visa card
- 1 winner will receive a $25 Pre-paid Visa card
