Oxford Street runs from the South East corner of Hyde Park to Bondi Junction and passes through Darlinghurst and Paddington. In Darlinghurst, Oxford Street is home to the gay community and many rainbow coloured shops and bars. Further up the road in Paddington, eclectic designers and traders sell their wares from tiny shops and terrace houses.

Five Ways is a junction of streets at the heart of Paddington situated just north of Oxford St. The junction is formed by the intersection of Glenmore Road, Heeley Street, Goodhope Street, and Broughton Street. Paddington Markets
Paddington Markets has been held every Saturday on the grounds of the heritage-listed Paddington Uniting Church since 1973. The market has over 150 unique stalls filled with fashion, accessories, flowers, beautiful smelling soaps, and pictures that inspire.
