Mallory Collins

Mallory Collins is the Assistant Sales Manager at Agganis Arena at Boston University, where she supports sales operations and develops strong relationships with a wide range of clients and partners. In her role, she works to create a high quality guest experience, provide personalized service, and ensure that the arena continues to deliver exceptional value to its community. Her work contributes to the arena’s reputation as one of Boston’s premier venues for sports, entertainment, and special events.

Mallory is a proud two time Terrier. She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Relations from the College of Communication and went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Project Management at BU’s Metropolitan College. While at Boston University, she was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse team and served as a team captain in her senior year, an experience that strengthened her leadership, collaboration, and problem solving skills. These qualities now guide her professional approach and commitment to building meaningful connections in her work.

With expertise in sales, relationship management, and project coordination, Mallory is passionate about supporting the success of clients and ensuring that every interaction at Agganis Arena reflects the excellence of Boston University.
