Drew Duckett

Associate Head Athletic Trainer/Director Primary Care-Athletic Training

I’m from Aiken, South Carolina, and moved to Boston for what I thought would be a two-year grad school stint—15 years later, I’m still here. I fell in love with the city’s history, diversity, passionate sports culture, and its vibrant medical and academic communities. I earned my bachelor’s degree at the University of South Carolina and completed a master’s in Applied Anatomy and Physiology here at BU, while serving as a Graduate Assistant. I have a clinical passion for treating patients with illness and infectious conditions, and I’m especially interested in quality improvement. I’ve worked with athletes at all levels, including NFL training camps with the Arizona Cardinals, the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, and the Boston Marathon. I live in Boston with my wife, Hillary, and value being part of a city that inspires both personal and professional growth.
