NCURA

When possible, Sponsored Programs purchases webinars hosted by NCURA. These webinars offer free logins to the entire BU community. If you would like sponsored programs to purchase an upcoming NCURA webinar for the community, please sent a request via our contact form.

What are the benefits of using the extra login?

  • You keep access to the webinar after the event (even if you couldn’t attend live).
    • You specifically get access to both the handout and video of the event, which you can download.  [Please do not disseminate the content or extra login links outside of BU.]
  • You can earn contact hours from the session and can download a certificate of completion for your records.
  • You can fully participate in the meetings, including answering poll questions and writing in the chat/Q&A.

A note for CRAs and other RACC-certified research administrators

These webinars are particularly useful if you’re working toward recertification. RACC requires approximately 14 contact hours per year, and webinars fall into a category with no cap on hours. Registering throughout the year and keeping your certificates on file makes the documentation process significantly easier — especially if you’re audited.
