Trespassing Subject

On Monday, June 8, 2009 at about 12:07 P.M. officers responded to 635 Commonwealth Av for report of a male suspect making threats. The suspect, who has no affiliation with B.U., was gone prior to the arrival of the officers. On June 9, 2009 the suspect was issued a verbal trespass notice over the phone and was told he would be arrested for trespassing if found on Boston University property. If you observe this suspect on B.U. property, please contact the BUPD at (617) 353-2121 or 617-353-2110.   Refer to IRC 9012716.
