Indecent A&B at 273 Babcock St
BUPD officers were disptached for a report of two males going into rooms and getting into beds with sleeping females. Responding officers stopped suspects matching the description given by witnesses in the lobby of the building. Both suspects were signed into the building by students who did not know the suspects. One suspect was placed under arrest for Indecent Assault & Battery and Unarmed Burglary, the second suspect was arrested for Unarmed Burglary and Possession of Class D substance.
