Muddy River Project Statnamic Testing
The Boston University Police Department has received updated information concerning the statnamic testing to test the strength of existing pilings and support structures along the Muddy River in the Fenway Area along Brookline Avenue and near Avenue Louis Pasteur.
These test will reportedly generate a sound similar to a gunshot or small explosion, lasting less than a second. There will be three tests at the first location, roughly 15 to 30 minutes apart. The tests are scheduled to be conducted today, Tuesday, April 30th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and tomorrow, Wednesday, May 1st from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
