Armed Robbery 34 Buswell St 11/28/2011
On 11/28/2011 BUPD Officers responded to 34 Buswell St for a report of an armed robbery. The victim stated that he was walking into the foyer of 34 Buswell St, when he was grabbed from behind. When he attempted to turn around he was punched in the back of the head. The victim then stated that he was thrown into a wall and then told to empty out his pockets and backpack. The suspects took the victim’s wallet, IPod and bag of rolling tobacco and then fled. The victim further stated that he thought one of the suspects was carrying a can of pepper spray. The suspects were stopped at Amory and Worthington St and after the suspects were searched a can of pepper spray and a razor blade were found on one of the suspects. Brookline PD was notified and arrested one suspect for
possession of pepper spray. On 11/28/2011 Brookline PD reported that they would be arraign and prosecute the robbery suspects.
