Despite limited engineering experience, the duo developed their solution through self-education and extensive customer research, creating a device with hot-swappable batteries and customizable controls that accommodate various disabilities. Their innovation offers both independence to users and relief to caretakers, eliminating the need for specialized transport vehicles required by traditional motorized chairs.
