**Please note that due to hotel restrictions in Boston during this weekend, hotel costs are higher than usual. If you plan to attend and stay with a local person, please let us know as soon as you can so we can accommodate everyone as comfortably as possible.**
As in the past, there will be stimulating presentations and discussions. The traditional pattern will continue, with two sessions on Friday and one session on Saturday.
The first session on Friday will begin at 9:00am (coffee, tea, juice, doughnuts, bagels, etc. will be available beforehand) with registration beginning at 8:00am. Lunch will be delivered and the afternoon session will run until approximately 6pm. A dinner will be held in the evening.
Saturday's session is from 9:00am to 1pm (breakfast will be provided).
For those of you who may not know, the idea is to talk to each other and to have INTERACTIVE sessions. If you are thinking about making a presentation, plan on stimulating questions, arguments, and discussions. Please make your presentation - before questions - VERY BRIEF. We have been striving for no more than THREE SLIDES to make the point and engage the discussion. Focus on leading a discussion of your idea/data. All this makes for an interesting Bash.
