Ding Liu

Ding Liu is deputy director of the Institution Regulatory Department in the Ningbo Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. He is a professional member of the accounting supervising team with a CPA certificate, and was responsible for the accounting supervising unit from 2008 to 2010.

He has worked in three different departments in the Ningbo branch during the past decade. He is a member of the Ningbo Youth Association (NGO), and participated in a program called “Let the Kids Have One More Playing Ground,” which successfully benefitted 5,000 children in rural areas.

He has hosted many training programs on capital markets to share practical experience. Ding earned his Bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics and his Master’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He intends to learn leadership skills and gain knowledge of the capital markets in the United States, as well as exchange ideas with American counterparts and gain insight into real practices.
