Nathalie Sikou

Nathalie Brielle Sikou Moussounda is an administrative officer in the Electronic Department of La Congolaise de Banque (LCB) in Congo Brazzaville. For the last 10 years she has worked as a human resources and training officer at LCB; in 2013 she joined a training program for electronic banking in BMCE Bank, Morocco. She is also experienced in entrepreneurship. In 2010, she attended a training program for Microproject in Cote-d’Ivoire and two learning journeys in Nairobi, Kenya, and Beua, Cameroon.

Nathalie earned a Bachelor’s degree in foreign modern languages from Marien Ngouabi University in Brazzaville and a Certificate in Banking from C.F.P.B in Paris. During her Humphrey year, Nathalie plans to study the field of economic development, with a special focus on youth entrepreneurship—she would like to improve her skills and learn new strategies for obtaining support for youth entrepreneurship programs. She also aims to expand her professional network and improve her leadership skills.
