Trinh Do

Ms. Trinh Do led the Retail Banking Business Management Department at the Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank for over three years. She was in charge of building up retail banking business policy, sales strategy, business planning and budgeting, product profitability and portfolio optimization and overseeing risk management.
Ms. Do received her Bachelor’s of Law degree in 1995 from Hanoi Prosecutor Training College, her Bachelor’s of English degree in 1997 from Hanoi University for Foreign Studies and her Bachelor’s of Economics degree in 2002 from Hanoi Foreign Trade University. Trinh also received her Master’s degree in Management from the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines in 2005. Furthermore, Ms. Do participated and contributed greatly to the “Key Operational Aspects of a Commercial Bank” training course organized by Luxembourg’s Ministry of Finance in 2010. Her diversified fields of study are supported by more than a dozen years of experience in management and leadership.
During her Humphrey year, Trinh would like to study risk management frameworks, standards and best practices, innovations in retail banking marketing and R&D. She would like to expand her professional network and improve her knowledge, managerial skills and leadership capacity.
