Mr. Frank Obeng is the Senior Manager of Advisory Services for the Ghana Export-Import Bank. His role includes providing export advisory services, market advisory services, research and analysis of international market intelligence, and dissemination of information to stakeholders such as the Board of Directors, management and the bank’s clients. During his fellowship year, Mr. Obeng plans to gain a greater understanding of finance and banking as it relates to international trade. His goal is to gain skills that give him an enhanced ability to lead the Advisory Services team at the Ghana Export-Import Bank to better meet the information needs of Ghanaian exporters, which will contribute to their competitiveness in the international market.

Mr. Obeng holds a Master of Science in International Finance and Economic Development from University of Kent in Canterbury, England.
