Olivia Malmstrom

Olivia Malmstrom is the Manager of Graduate Affairs in the Office of the Provost. In addition to managing day-to-day operations and special projects for the Associate Provost for Graduate Affairs, Olivia also provides logistical and administrative support for various Graduate Affairs initiatives, including assistance with communication and event planning. Olivia also supports several graduate education committees, such as Graduate Council, the Graduate Admission Working Group (GAWG), and the University Council Committee on Graduate Academic Programs and Policies (GAPP). 

Olivia joined Boston University’s Office of the Provost in April 2022 as the Administrative Coordinator for Graduate Affairs. Prior to that, Olivia served as an Administrative Coordinator at Northeastern University, providing support to the D’Amore McKim School of Business Co-op Office.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Tampa.
