Speaker: Constance McDonough-Thayer. Bio: Constance McDonough-Thayer is a Deputy Program Director at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and has been seconded to the Health Emergencies Programme at the World Health Organization since March of 2020 to support the COVID-19 response. Prior to CHAI, she worked in Haiti supporting mobile clinics in resource limited settings. She currently works in data modeling/forecasting and will discuss approaches taken and resources developed to support the global, national, and subnational response to COVID-19 through needs forecasting.
