Duties & Responsibilities: The World Bank seeks a skilled Program Manager to work with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Research Program on Children and Global Adversity’s (RPCGA) to manage all aspects of family-based intervention projects related Early Childhood Development and Violence Prevention. Working closely with colleagues at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the World Bank, the local NGO FXB Rwanda, UNICEF and the Rwandan Government, the Program Manager will oversee Rwandan staff to implement two main activities: 1) maintaining and deepening relationships with key stakeholders; and 2) managing a multi-site cluster randomized trial of over 1000 Rwandan families with young children served by the Poverty Reduction/Social Protection initiative to promoted ECD and reduce violence and strengthen parent-child relationships.
