Kimberly Waller, PhD, MPH is an international development professional with over 16 years of experience in program management and applied research addressing reproductive health (RH), maternal child health (MCH), HIV/AIDS, social issues, health disparities, health systems strengthening and gender equity. Dr. Waller has lived and worked in Guatemala, Mexico, Ukraine, Armenia, and India (with short-term assignments in Moldova, Russia, Indonesia and Zambia) designing, awarding, managing, monitoring, and evaluating large-scale international health projects.
