General Responsibilities:
The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS) Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating partnerships that support the work of Partners In Health/Zanmi Lasante, including but not limited to mental health and psychosocial support and economic development projects. This requires a strong program management background, familiarity with data collection and database management and an interest in research and implementation of new systems. This position will serve as a liaison between the Zanmi Lasante teams responsible for these projects and the PIH Mental Health team based in Boston.
The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services Program Coordinator position also includes analytical and financial duties and involves interaction with international staff and domestic and international partners. The ideal candidate for this position will have related work experience in the field of global mental health, experience living and working in low resource settings, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, producing high quality outcomes, should be comfortable working with, collaborating, and coordinating culturally diverse colleagues, basic familiarity with budgeting and financial management, and possess a strong interest in global mental health. This is a full-time position based in rural Haiti.
