 Speaker: Dr. Dan O’Neil, Brigham and Women’s Global Health Equity Resident 

The GHEP Speaker Series is excited to present Dr. Dan O’Neil, a Global Health Equity Resident at Brigham and Women’s. Dr. O’Neil spent the year after his third year of medical school volunteering for Doctors for Global Health in Kisoro, Uganda. He is here to share his experiences designing and initiating a program that enabled rural patients to receive care for chronic, non-communicable diseases through the use of community health workers. Come join us to learn more about the ever growing burden of chronic diseases, taking time off during medical school, and global health residency opportunities!
