New and Experienced Students-Strengthen Your Public Health Writing!
New and Experienced Students-Strengthen Your Public Health Writing!
The Public Health Writing Program now offers two types of appointments to help you strengthen your writing: writing appointments and writing skill appointments.*
Writing Appointments
Writing appointments are designed to assist students with writing for SPH writing assignments. During a writing appointment, writing coaches will guide you through any type of assignment and any stage of the writing process – from brainstorming to strategizing ways to enhance your paper! Request your appointment in advance here.
Writing Skill Appointments
Writing skills appointments designed for students who are struggling with difficulties in writing at the graduate level, not just with writing for a particular assignment. During a writing skills appointment, writing coaches can help you improve common errors in grammar, word choice, punctuation, sentence structure, and more! Request an appointment in advance here.
Questions?
Visit http://www.bu.edu/sph/writing/faq or email Alexandra May at sphwrite@bu.edu.
*Appointments are only available for SPH degree candidates from January 27-May 1. Students cannot receive assistance for Culminating Experiences or master’s theses.
