MSH Intern position with the “Integrated Country Presence Unit”
POSITION: Integrated Country Presence Unit (ICPU) Intern
REPORTS TO: ICPU
LOCATION: Cambridge, MA
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the ICPU Senior Manager, responsibilities will include researching, analyzing and putting together a report on business development opportunities in the ICP countries. This is a highly visible and important role to help ICPU, its partners and stakeholders in major initiatives linked to the organization’s strategic roadmap and the unit’s workplan.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to and support ICPU initiatives.
- Under the direction of manager, provides research and analysis as needed.
- Create excel reports that are user-friendly and replicable.
- Help manager develop reports and processes that makes data accessible and usable for all stakeholders.
RQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong research and analysis background
- Fluent in conversational Spanish
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, outcome-driven individual
- Able to manage & prioritize multiple projects and priorities
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Knowledgeable in business development, organization development preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal; informal & formal) with all levels of employees and management
