Soon-to-be IH grads-check out The Job Seeker’s Support Group on Mondays!
The Job Seekers’ Support Group (JSSG) for recent or soon-to-be BUSPH IH grads will be kicking off on Monday, March 25th from 12:10-1:20 and continuing two Mondays per month on April 8th , April 22nd, May 6th , and May 20th in conference room 106 in the Talbot building.
This is a great opportunity for those who have taken the Prepare, Reach, Emerge, Propel Program (Career P.R.E.P.), are working with Career Services staff (including Patricia), are actively looking for a position, and appreciate the boost that working with a support group can give.
JSSG will help keep your momentum, facilitate sharing among the group members, fine tune search techniques, and build your confidence using interactive discussions and activities, experience and strategy sharing, networking, and receiving and giving feedback.
While being physically present at the meeting is optimal and expected by most of you in Boston, some recent grads have already moved out of state, but would still like to participate. If you would like to be included, please contact me as we are willing to pilot conference call participation.
