BU Unite for Sight Event – 2/13, 12 Noon in L210
The Unite for Sight group is hosting Dr. Stephen Christiansen, a pediatric ophthalmologist at BMC, to speak about his work locally and internationally. He travels annually to Rwanda to work in clinics that are associated with Unite for Sight. His talk is titled “Preventable Blindness in Rwanda – A New Strategy”. It will be a 30 min talk with discussion to follow.
We will also be recruiting for new members and present information on Unite for Sight at this meeting. We will have free food! It is scheduled to start at 12:00 pm and end at 1:30 pm and we have reserved room L210.
