We are pleased to invite you to The Seventh Annual Future of Food and Nutrition: A Multidisciplinary Graduate Research Conference on Saturday, April 6th, 2013 at the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy in Boston, MA. The theme of the 2013 Conference is “Everyone at the Table: Multi-Sectoral Approaches to Malnutrition.”
The Conference provides a unique venue for graduate students to present original research related to food and nutrition. Last year, over 200 graduate students came together to hear students from 28 universities present research from fields as diverse as anthropology and nutritional epidemiology. As a presenter or attendee, you will gain valuable professional experience presenting and discussing novel, multidisciplinary research and you will network with your colleagues and future leaders in the field. Relevant research includes projects conducted as part of thesis work, internships, capstone papers or directed studies.
Applicants can apply to give either oral or poster presentations. Tthe deadline for submission is Feb 10th at 5PM.
