Health Care Reform: Improving Health Care Access for Refugees

This webinar will focus primarily on humanitarian immigrant categories: refugees, asylees and others eligible for federal benefits and services. We will cover the categories of immigrants who are eligible for health care under the new health care options of the Affordable Care Act of 2010, policy suggestions for state implementation to help ensure fair access to health coverage for refugees, and current and future challenges that refugee populations face in having their health care needs met.
