House- and Pet-Sitter Wanted Over Intersession Break
An International Health faculty member is seeking a house-sitter to live in his house in Brookline and take care of Chewbacca and Daisy. Chewbacca is a very friendly, large, three-year old Newfoundland – Bernese Mountain Dog mix and Daisy is a 17 year old Queen who hides out in a cat’s body. We will be in DC during intersession Dec. 26th-30th.. The house is located near Brookline Village off Route 9 and is <10 minutes’ walk from the Brookline Hills T Station on the Green Line (D Line). Daily tasks are to feed and water the animals (Queen Daisy prefers fresh water from the faucet), and walk the dog twice a day. Chewie is fun to romp around with if you so desire and a car will be available at the house if you want to take her to the Arboretum or the various dog-friendly parks. The house is quite nice and comfortable and the neighborhood is safe.
$30/day. Please contact Jonathon Simon (jonsimon@bu.edu) or Kirsten Russell (617-417-1298).
